बर्खामा सडक दुर्घटनाका कारण र न्यूनीकरणका उपाय अहिले हामी बर्खाको मध्यतिर छौ । बर्सेनि बर्खाको समयमा लगभग दैनिक जसो साना-ठुला सडक दुर्घटना, बाढी र पहिरोको समाचार सुन्दा आङै सिरिङ्ग हुन्छ। हाम्रो देशको विशेष गरी पहाडी इलाकामा यस्ता सडक दुर्घटनाहरू भइरहेका छन् । सवारी चापका हिसाबले अत्यन्तै व्यस्त मुग्लिङ नारायण घाट सड्क खण्ड चौडा बनाउने क्रममा अव्यवस्थित रूपमा स्लोप कटाइले यस सडक खण्ड पहिरोको उच्च जोखिममा रहेको छ । अस्थि  मात्र पनि पहिरोले सवारी साधन नै पुरिएको समाचार आइरहेको थियो । त्यस्तै भर्खरै मात्रै काठमाडौँको सडकमा आकासे पानीको सही निकास नभएकोले सडकमा पानी जमेर एउटा बच्चाले नालिमा परि ज्यानै गुमाउनु पर्यो। विकासको मेरुदण्डको रूपमा रहेको सडक आज किन मृत्युको कारण बनिरहेको छ त ? किन यस्तो भइरहेको छ ?  के हाम्रो लागि सडक विकास बाँदरको हातमा नरिवल जस्तै भएकै हो त ?  यसरी अब्यब्स्थित अव्यवस्थित सडककै कारण देशले आफ्ना नागरिक हरुले ज्यान गुमाइ रहनु परेको अवस्था एकदमै दुखद छ र एउटा सरकारको लागि लाजको कुरा पनि हो । सरकारको मुख्य दायित्व भनेको नागरिकहरू...
